The system is constructed in stainless steel with an open and accessible design to support hygienic operation and easy servicing. Based on a modular design concept, key parameters such as belt width, curve angle, inner radius, and drive position can be configured to suit specific layout conditions. With usable belt widths from 200 to 2,500 mm (in steps of 50 mm), curve angles between 30° and 270°, an inner radius starting from 330 mm, and a low construction height of approximately 144 mm, the conveyor can be optimally integrated into space-restricted production lines. Small cylindrical end rollers with diameters of 10 mm or 14 mm, as well as optional knife edge executions with a radius of 3 mm, enable gentle and precise transport of small and delicate products. Despite its compact design, the conveyor can handle loads of up to 100 kg. A chain-driven belt system ensures slip-free start-stop operation even under heavy load conditions. The modular drive arrangement allows installation at the infeed or discharge side and supports later changes in conveying direction. Central belt replacement further contributes to maintenance-friendly operation and long service life. Customized dimensions allow seamless integration into existing conveyor lines.
