- Other infoThe Angular Conveyor is designed for controlled product handling, alignment, and directional transfer in production environments where installation space is limited. It enables precise product positioning and supports conveying functions such as spreading, compressing, isolating, flipping, cross feeding, and realigning of products within complex processing lines. Based on a modular design concept, the conveyor can be integrated flexibly into customized layouts and is frequently used in combination with other conveying components to achieve efficient product flow and orientation. Standard belt widths range from 200 mm to 2 500 mm, while the conveying angle is typically 45°, with other angles available depending on application requirements. The compact design with small belt edge radii allows reliable transport and accurate alignment of even small or delicate products. A rigid stainless steel construction combined with precise manufacturing ensures stable belt tracking and high operational availability. Smooth surfaces, reduced edges, and an open construction support hygienic operation and enable fast and effective cleaning. The newly developed conveyor head allows easy cleaning access independently of the installation arrangement. Toolless belt tension release and accessibility from the top further simplify maintenance and reduce downtime. Optional water cooling of the angular head can be implemented to prevent belt heating in applications with very small transfer radii.
