Our conveyor systems integrate seamlessly into food production lines and ensure stable transport between processing and packaging.
The modular design concept enables flexible configuration of geometry, drive arrangement, and equipment options for project-specific layout integration.
The portfolio includes straight, curved, and angular belt conveyors, as well as dedicated function conveyors.

All systems can be configured within the Easy Cleaning Concept to match specific production environment requirements:

  • Dry cleaning: highest hygienic standard design

    o W1 – Wipedown
    o W2 – Showerdown

Features such as precise belt edge control, stable transfer points, integrated scrapers, and adjustable guides enable controlled and repeatable product handling.

Mechanical Product Handling starts directly after the production processes where your products leave the production machines.

The HOL Head of Line brings all products in a structure to handle them in the following process steps. First quality controls like metal detection or shape controls are integrated at the beginning as well as row aligner and reject stations which confirm the flow of good products in all following process steps.

RS Rejects stations, available as single reject or row reject are as well in our portfolio and can be based on pullnose, a speciality of our company, diverter or blowout principles. They are mostly integrated in the Head of Line, but can be placed also as a separate solution in the line.

CFS Cross Feeding Stations (Distribution Stations) moves the products and splits them into different directions to divert the flow into several packaging legs. In combination with our Product Flow Regulationg Buffers we ensure a separation of the main production stream in portions which fit to the packacking machines

LFS Leg Feeding Stations take the products and precisely syncs each individual item with the packaging machine's heartbeat. Diverse combinations and solutions are available to feed the correct amount of products in the right speed. The DCF Direct Chain Feeder is a new mechanical solution to feed the chain of the flow wrapper precisely and exactly adopted to your biscuit products. Fast exchange of components to feed different dimensions on one leg.
